My user name is Thalassino, meaning 'of the sea' in Greek (please let me know if I've got the translation a bit wrong) but it is also a rather lovely Westerly Pentland Ketch belonging to the long suffering Liz who, for her sins, is my Auntie. My main interest, although I suppose it's more than that, is sailing. I've just got back from Falmouth Week and have realised that it's been tooooo long. Watch out Hamble, I'm back! I also sing, but believe in safety in number so stick to large choirs like Three Spires Singers and Portsmouth Choral Union. I've also done some opera with Duchy Opera Company - well worth going to see if you get the chance. I'm no longer in it, so it has improved greatly! | ||||||||||||||||||
